Hong Kong 2019 Solo Traveler Budget

Hong Kong was more expensive overall for daily living but honestly…not as bad as people say. I included two numbers here: the official one, including the flight I took to arrive; one where I show what the averages are like without the flight (since that is not technically a ‘daily life cost’ if one was traveling long-term in HK).

The total for my stay in Hong Kong is $245.94 with an average of $61.49 per day ($36.49 NOT including the flight – still under my goal of 40!).

Turkey was also ~pricey~, as you shall see, but Bulgaria will be cheap.
